In November David Gardner and Joginder Shah presented at the ILW EB5 Immigrant investor conference in Mumbai India. Joginder discussed options for smaller business operations and investors for start up operations suitable for L-1A non-immigrant and EB 1Immigrant visas. David spoke about the need for immigration and tax planning for potential investors and the need to structure business operations for the most suitable visa option.David also presented to an international audience at the ILW EB5 Expo in Istanbul Turkey. He explained the need to look at alternative visas for Treaty countries like Turkey which allow for E-1 Treaty Traders and E-2 Treaty Investors. These options can provide an quick and less expensive investment which can eventually also facilitate permanent residence through the EB5 direct or EB1 visa options. 

David will be  presenting at the ILW EB5 Conferences in Seoul Korea, December 5 , Taipei Taiwan, December 7 and  Ho Chi Minh City December 9.
