In November David Gardner and Joginder Shah presented at the ILW EB5 Immigrant investor conference in Mumbai India. Joginder discussed options for smaller business operations and investors for start up operations suitable for L-1A non-immigrant and EB 1Immigrant visas.

Our office is pleased to announce that we are currently planning a DAPA workshop to inform you about the developments of the program, how to prepare for the program when it goes into law, and what documents will be required in order to process your DAPA application. David Gardner spoke at the Cal Cap Summit July 2012 meeting.  He addressed various aspects of the EB5 program including individual investor projects as well as Regional Center investments. For more information about the EB5 investor program

David Gardner spoke on a continuing legal education panel on legal ethics and the EB5 visa program. A free download of the presentation will be available on request.  CLE credit is available for lawyers who wish to register with the program sponsor 

David Gardner will be speaking on EB5 immigrant investor program on October 29, 2011, Sunday at an engaging and informative 4 hour MCLE course designed specifically for immigration attorneys.

USCIS recently approved an immigrant visa for one of our clients who was in removal proceedings. We succeeded in terminating the removal and obtaining approval under the EB5 investor program. 

We are delighted that Allisson Ramirez has been admitted to the California Bar and has
joined our firm as an associate Attorney.

David Gardner was selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers of 2011 under the Immigration Law Category

David B Gardner was lead counsel in this second case published in the ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the same client Vukmorovic v Holder (9th Cir. May 2010).
